A mentoring session is a 30-minute, one-on-one conversation with someone on the APMTSales team who knows the platform deeply. You pick the topic, choose a preferred date and time, and we confirm the schedule. It's that simple.

Sessions are conducted remotely and can cover anything related to running your store on APMTSales. There's no script and no agenda we push on you — the time is yours to use however is most valuable.

How Mentoring Credits Work

Mentoring sessions use a simple credit system. Credits are included when you purchase or upgrade your plan:

Each credit is good for one 30-minute session. Credits are granted when you purchase your plan, and if you upgrade later, you receive the difference. For example, moving from Pro to Expert adds 1 additional credit to your balance.

There's no expiration on unused credits. Use them when you need them.

How to Request a Session

Requesting a mentoring session takes about 30 seconds:

  1. Log in to your store admin panel
  2. Go to Admin → Site & Settings → Mentoring
  3. Choose your preferred date and time slot (morning, afternoon, or evening)
  4. Describe what you'd like help with — even a sentence or two is fine
  5. Click Request Session

We'll confirm the exact date and time, and you'll see the scheduled session on your Mentoring page. If plans change, you can cancel a pending request to free up your credit.

Do credits expire?

No. Your mentoring credits stay on your account until you use them.

What if I downgrade my plan?

If you downgrade, any unused credits from the difference are removed. For example, if you go from Expert (2 credits) to Pro (1 credit) and haven't used either, one credit is removed. If you've already used both, nothing changes — we don't claw back sessions you've already completed.

Can I request a session on a specific technical problem?

Absolutely. If your eBay integration isn't syncing, your shipping rates aren't loading, or your custom domain isn't resolving — bring it. Mentoring sessions aren't limited to strategy. We'll troubleshoot with you.

What if I need more sessions than my plan includes?

Upgrading your plan grants additional credits. If you're on Pro and need more sessions, moving to Expert adds another credit immediately.

How far in advance should I book?

We ask for at least one day's notice so we can prepare. Most sessions are confirmed within 24 hours of your request.

If you're on the Free or Basic plan and want access to mentoring, visit Admin → Subscription to explore upgrade options. Pro starts at $29.99/month and includes your first mentoring session along with expanded item limits, more photos per item, and mobile app access.
