Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using the APMTSales platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

APMTSales provides a cloud-based inventory management platform. Each account receives a dedicated subdomain (yourstore.apmtsales.com) with inventory management, public catalog, blog, contact form, and marketplace integration features. Service availability and features depend on your subscription plan.

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

Subscription and Billing

• Subscription plans and pricing are listed on our pricing page
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• AI credits are purchased separately and are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise platform security
• Use the platform to sell prohibited or illegal items

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content (inventory data, images, descriptions) you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant APMTSales a limited license to host, display, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the Service. When you delete content or close your account, we will delete your data in accordance with our privacy policy.

AI Features

The platform includes optional AI-powered features (description generation, image analysis). Content you submit to AI features is sent to third-party AI providers for processing. AI-generated content is provided as-is and should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for the accuracy of content published on your store.

Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. APMTSales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

APMTSales is operated by Micro Advantage Inc., 7123 Pearl Road Suite 309, Cleveland, Ohio 44130. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
